KIMBERLY CUMBERBATCH
Founder & CEO
Kimberly demonstrates success in healthcare as a certified medical coding with over 18 years of experience working in acute care and outpatient services both in Canada and Bermuda.
Her years of experience and knowledge as a medical coder has aligned her to be a trusted advisor and consultant on healthcare billing.
Convergence was founded on her determination to bring about uniformity and efficiency to the medical revenue cycle.
Kimberly earned her Health Information Management degree from George Brown College, Toronto and is a certified member of Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA) and earned her Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) from American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
LIANNA MASTERS
Revenue Cycle Operations Manager
Lianna has over 15 years of experience in administration, specializing in systems and database implementation and oversight. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Biology and Psychology from Queen's University and enjoys using her skillset to bring efficient and accurate management to our clients' practices.
Lianna has been a member of the Convergence team for the past 4 years. When she is not working she enjoys exploring the island and traveling with her family.
KAI MILLER
Health Information Technician, RHIT
Kai is a qualified medical coder with 8 years’ experience in outpatient surgery and emergency services. She is a graduate of Kaplan University with an associate degree in Health Information Technology and is RHIT certified member of AHIMA.
Since joining Convergence Med Kai enjoys the collaboration with physicians and the interesting cases she encounters each day in coding.
In her free time she loves to listen to music. She is a health & fitness buff and IFBB pro athlete, and enjoys chillaxing and watching movies or keeping up with international and global developments.
